Welcome to another installment of Easy Upgrades from The Light Cellar! Join Malcolm in making this Superfood Halva - a super delicious and nourishing snack or treat you can truly customize to your own tastes and desires!

Combine equal parts honey and tahini, then mix in your choice of superfoods, herbs, medicinal mushroom powders, chocolate, etc.

Eat as is, roll into balls, press into a pan to let chill then cut into squares . . .

Store in glass jar or other container in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy often!
