Recipe in this video: Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes
- 1 1/2 cups cooked Pumpkin puree (1 can)
- 2 cups raw Cashews, soaked
- 4 - 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Tbsp Mesquite
- 2 Tbsp Whey powder
- 1 Tbsp Pine Pollen
Blend all together and cook as you do pancakes. This recipe does come out a little more moist so give them an extra minute cooking on the pan.
