Easy Upgrades – How to Make Superfood Granola (Video)

From Malcolm Saunders of The Light Cellar comes another installment of Easy Upgrades! Learn how to make your own Superfood Granola with the potential for many inspired of variations. You can use whatever nut, seed, dried fruit, sweetener, spice, and oil you desire and have on hand for the base. Then when it comes to adding in superfoods and herbs you can really get creative! This is an easy and delicious recipe to be made as simple or complex as you are inspired. Great for breakfasts, snacks, and whenever you're feeling it!

Recipe in this video: The Divine Feminine

  • 4 cups Oats
  • 2 cups Coconut flakes
  • 2 cups Pumpkin seeds or other nuts/seeds
  • 2 cups freeze-dried blueberries or any other dried fruits, berries, raisins
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup or other sweetener like honey, etc.
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil or butter, melted
  • dash of Vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp Harmonic Arts Divine Feminine

Mix all together in a large bowl.

Optional: Bake in oven at 350 F until lightly browned

Store in glass jar or other container and enjoy!

Other variation: Blueberry Maple Vanilla Pecan Sacred Lotus Pollen Granola

  • 8 cups Oats
  • 3 cups Coconut flakes
  • 2 cups Pecans or other nuts/seeds
  • 2 cups freeze-dried blueberries or any other dried fruits, berries, raisins
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup or other sweetener like honey, etc.
  • 1 cup Coconut oil or butter, melted
  • dash of Vanilla or other spice like cinnamon
  • 3-6 Tbsp Sacred Lotus Pollen or more of this or other superfood powder, like Mesquite, Pine Pollen, Medicinal Mushroom blend, etc.

Mix all together in a large bowl.

Optional: Bake in oven at 350 F until lightly browned

Store in glass jar or other container and enjoy!
